Domestic Rewires

If the wiring in your home is old. You are likely to have fewer sockets than you need. This may not meet the most up-to-date safety requirements. A rewire of your home will ensure that it is in a safe electrical condition and conforms to new electrical regulations. When your home is rewired we can increase the number of sockets to cope with modern needs and will fit;

A modern consumer unit now with Dual RCD

Wired Smoke Alarms (2 or more will be linked together)

An extractor fan to kitchen & bathroom (where feasible)

New Socket(s)

New light Fittings

New Light Switches

Option to install a burglar alarm.

How long will it take?
Depending on the size of your property most rewires can be done from several days (small empty property).

All rewires are carried out to latest BS7671 (17th edition) IEE standards and are fully guaranteed.
