A rewire of your home will ensure that it is in a safe electrical condition and conforms to new electrical regulations. When your home is rewired we can increase the number of sockets to cope with modern needs and will fit;

• Wired Smoke alarms (2 or more will be linked together)
• An extractor fan to kitchen & bathroom (where feasible)

How long will it take?
Depending on the size of your property most rewires can be done in 2-5 days.

Periodic Inspection and Testing is recommended by the Institute of Electrical Engineers. Laid out in the requirements for Electrical Installations (BS 7671).

Periodic Inspection and Testing should be carried out by suitably qualified personnel on a regular basis, at least every 10 years for a domestic property and every 5 years for a commercial property.
